Master Mind & Founder
BMS, DMM, MBA from American University(U.A.E), founder of Neste Solutions, Shridhar R. Nandigram is responsible for the overall management and the Group's strategy. Previously, he was Manager in HVAC Manufacturing Sector in UAE, GCC & TURKEY & also served for IMRB as a Market Researcher in INDIA Shridhar speaks English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu & Arabic.
Damodar Khedekar
Co-Founder & Finance Controller
B. Com, MBA in Finance, & SAP, Devendra D. Khedekar is responsible for the Group’s operations, Investments and Risk management. He has been in the field of Pharma & Aviation since the beginning of his career and has an extensive knowledge of the products and the players in the market Devendra speaks English, Marathi & Hindi.

Rajesh T. Suryavanshi Graduated from Mumbai University & holds strong customer relationship & data base of clients. He is responsible for business development and corporate practices. He has worked in fortune 500 Companies in Leading Logistics field as well as corporate Travels in parts of India. Rajesh Speaks English, Marathi & Hindi.
